Boys & Girls Club Carlsbad

18,000 sq ft free standing, state of the art Carlsbad B&GC building with gym, teen center, computer room, offices and elegant conference room. This ground up project was completed in three phases as per the non -profit Boys &Girls Club ability to raise funds for each phase. We worked hand in hand with B&GC to negotiate donations of materials or at cost to make the project a possibility. Due to the soil conditions in the area, we used a post tension structural slab. Also features an exterior facade that follows HOA guidelines for Bressi Ranch. CMU block was used for construction of the full court gymnasium with brick veneer.
