The home was built originally in 1887 and is the iconic house that was in Top Gun movie filmed in 1986. There were many obstacles dealing with a structure that's over a century old. For starters, a structural retrofit was required to allow the interior floor plan to be completely changed, which now includes a commercial kitchen and large dinning/sitting room. The new exterior & interior finishes provide a great ambience for the Top Gun Memorabilia all around the space. The project was completed on schedule and opened 3 weeks before Top Gun: Maverick was released.
