Steak 48 Del Mar

Complete renovation of a 12,500 square foot high-end luxury steak and seafood house in Del Mar with multiple dining areas, eight private dining suites, a 3000-bottle wine vault, a glass walled open kitchen, butcher shop, pastry kitchen and central bar. Renovation started with the exterior walls and roof structure of the existing Seersucker Building. An extra 3000 square feet of dining space and a second-floor façade was created using 15 caissons on the west end.
