Wheelihan Construction, Inc. is a commercial building and construction management firm established in 1990 and headquartered in North San Diego County.
Wheelihan Construction, Inc. is capable, experienced and has the ability to assist in preconstruction services during the design phase through completion of construction drawings and to provide estimates of construction cost during the Preliminary, Design Development and Construction Drawing phases. We have completed extensive projects in Southern California, including ground up buildings, restaurants, breweries, nightclubs, landlord work/tenant improvements and historical renovations.
What separates Wheelihan Construction from other similar companies is Mike Wheelihan’s personal involvement in every day project operations from pre-construction to completion of the final punch list. You will have direct contact with him throughout your project and can take advantage of his 42 years of experience in the construction industry.
