Persea Apartments Amenity Space

This a new construction build out of a 15,000 square foot amenity space for a 306 door luxury apartment complex in Vista, CA. WCI coordinated with architect, thru hundreds of submittals, to install multiple construction material types. All rooms – gym, yoga, sewing, lounge, bar, golf simulator, and patio have different designs and material applications. Including, pool cabana, roll up doors, pedestal roof deck, custom room screens, sports simulator, dog wash, beer taps, reclaimed Vista Bowling Alley tabletop and walls, custom wall applications, & custom outdoor fire pit. We were honored to receive a reward for this build.
