Oliver McMillan Corporate Office

Constructed an addition to the corporate office for Oliver McMillan, of one of the largest and most progressive leaders in the field of urban redevelopment and real estate development. Adding a third floor mezzanine to the second floor which included major structural upgrades to accommodate the new mezzanine that then transferred down to the first floor. Successfully worked around clients hours to not disrupt everyday business. This site was safe and clean for client's employee's every morning after busy construction overnight. Finishes were matched to the existing build out we completed 10 years prior.
