Combination of ground up and improvements to an existing building. Provided expertise in ADA compliance for this project. Custom design all ventilation to match the interior design effect. 15,000-square-foot, multi-level indoor/outdoor entertainment complex with 5 full cocktail bars. Wheelihan Construction brought to life Verant’s vision of California’s infectious beach and surf culture in the largest venue of this type in Pacific Beach.
