Marriott 5th Level Terrace Upgrades

Updated the 5th level terrace at existing Springhill Suites by Marriott including removing an 80 foot concrete planter, add a full service bar with small prep kitchen, walk in beer cooler and install 4 shade structures with operational louvers. Project was located on the 5th level so all materials were craned on site. Noise level was restricted to tight time slots or quiet due to client’s conference room attendance.
