This 6300 sq ft A-2 Restaurant Improvement includes a bar, exhibition style kitchen, restroom, exterior trellis structure, roof, extensive millwork and beautiful interior design. Started with a very old building that needed major structural upgrades and created a very unique and energetic showplace restaurant. We worked with and out of state designer to make this the hottest new restaurant in San Diego. Located in Little Italy and featured in Architectural Design Magazine.
