Grady Building

This project is Focus Development's new headquarters in La Jolla and was completed working around the unique constraints of the downtown area. Exterior CMU walls are sandwiched between two buildings due to zero property lines. Scheduling was precise as we could only stage and hoist materials from within the buildings footprint. An interior steel structure was built inside the CMU wall. Exterior look and interior finishes are modern presenting an extremely high end look.
