Tenant Improvement of a 3014 square foot shell to new restaurant in Irvine Company’s Class A office building at the Golden Triangle. Reconfigured second floor restroom to accommodate mechanical shaft, grease interceptor and enclosure. Relocate and add mechanical units on roof top.
